Vienna Airport

History
Originally constructed as a armed forces airport in 1938, it was taken over by the British in 1945. Terminals
Presently, Vienna International Airport has 3 depots. The Mainterminals one and two and a provisory depot (1A) was made to offer more infinite for low-cost bearers. All Terminals are functioned by Fraport, Vienna Airport Handling, Swissport and Austrian Airlines. After pass completion of SKYLINK, Austrian Airlines and its Partners will travel to the new Terminal.
Vienna International Airport has 20 boarding entrances wholly.

Public transportation system
The Vienna S-Bahn S7 line halts at the airport. The more expensive CAT (City Airport Train) links the airport direct to the Wien Mitte station. There are also many coaches from the airport to various locations in Vienna and to other towns.
Masterplan 2015
Because of its constant quantity growing in rider figure and shipment, Vienna International Airport has make up one's mind to enlarge Austria's largest airport with several new and severally accommodated constructions.
- New Tower: A new Tower was made. With its 109 m of tallness, it lets a free overlook of the entire airport area and it offers another spectacular sight: a night optical maser demo, which should welcome the riders even from the aircraft.
