Stornoway Airport (IATA: SYY, ICAO: EGPO) is an field turn up two naut mi (3.7 kilometre) east of the burgh of Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis, in Scotland. The Royal Air Force back up an RAF airbase at the location of the airport until 1998.

Stornoway Airport is owned by HIAL, a corporation commanded by the Scottish Executive. The field was 1st opened in 1937, and used principally for armed forces intentions. NATO aircraft used the airport for foreign missions over the North Atlantic and for stop over to Greenland and the United States.

Nowadays the field is chiefly used for rider services and Royal Mail. CHC Helicopters function two Sikorsky S-92 eggbeaters, enrolment G-CGMU & G-SARB, fit for hunt and deliver on behalf of HM Coastguard. The eggbeater crews have flown on over 2900 callouts since the organization of the service in May 1987.

Approximately 120,000 riders used the airport in 2006.
