Sunan International Airport (IATA: FNJ, ICAO: ZKPY) is the independent airport assisting Pyongyang, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, turn up 24 kilometre from the town's heart.
Sunan has 2 landing track, the biggest of which (01/19) is used principally for international voyages. The 2nd landing track (17/35) is used for domestic help and polite voyages. The airport's 60 minutes of functioning are from 06:00 to 22:00 in the summertime and 07:00 to 21:00 in the wintertime.
The airport is the independent hub of Air Koryo. In 2000, Aeroflot stopped its weekly Moscow voyage due to poor burdens. China Southern Airlines, which offered scheduled charter voyages to and from Beijing during the high season only, for good forced its voyages in November 2006. In April 2008, Air China has reinstated service to Beijing, three solar days per hebdomad. Mandarin Airlines and Far Eastern Air Transport offer group tour leased voyages between Taipei and Pyongyang during summertime (June to August). Korean Air and Asiana Airlines also supply leased voyage services to Incheon, the international airport assisting Seoul, and Yangyang on the east seashore of South Korea from Pyongyang. These voyages are used by Korean home fellow member seeing separate home across the boundary line.
