Pueblo Memorial Airport (IATA: PUB, ICAO: KPUB, FAA LID: PUB) is a city-owned public-use airport turn up 5 land mile (eight kilometre) east of the central downtown of Pueblo, a town in Pueblo County, Colorado, United States. It is largely used for civil aviation, but is also assisted by 1 commercial air hose. Service is subsidised by the Essential Air Service programme.
Pueblo Memorial Airport is also place to the United States Air Force's Initial Flight Screening (IFS) programme of the Air Education and Training Command (AETC), which set about functioning on one October 2006. Doss Aviation, under contract with the USAF, will deal voyage projection screening for between 1300 and 1700 USAF second Lieutenants each year. As the gateway to USAF Aviation, Doss will supply initial winging grooming letting pupils to successfully passage to Undergraduate Flying Training (Pilot and Combat Systems Officer) at 1 of several Air Force found throughout the United States.
