Tri-Cities Airport (IATA: PSC, ICAO: KPSC) is a public airport turn up two land mile (three kilometre) northwest of Pasco, in Franklin County, Washington, USA. It is the 3rd biggest commercial airport in the State of Washington with 3 landing track.

History

The airport originally set about as a United States Navy grooming field during World War II. During the 1st division of the conflict, the field was used to railroad train set about airplane pilots for armed combat grooming. During the second half of the conflict, the missionary post switched to grooming constituted airplane pilots returning from conflict in the use of newer aircraft. After the conflict, the Navy sold the field of force to the town of Pasco, but still retains grooming privileges. Several Navy aircraft, particularly the P-3 Orion, use the field of force for districting and take-off grooming.

Current use

The airport's depot at the southward finish of the field is now the belonging of the Port of Pasco, and is the northern depot of North 20th Avenue. Firefighting services, nevertheless, is cared by the City of Pasco. A new firehouse has lately been built on the depot dry land. The old Navy station constructions on the northward stop of the airport are now being used by other companies, most notably Bergstrom Aircraft, which specialises in civil aviation voyage lessons.
