Palmerston North International Airport (IATA: PMR, ICAO: NZPM) is turn up on the outskirts of the suburban area of Milson in Palmerston North, New Zealand, 5 kilometre (3.1 mi) north east of the City central area . History

The 1st field on this location was made by the Milson Aerodrome Society in 1931, consisting a grass landing track. It was used solely for private voyages. The 1st commercial voyages set about in 1936, functioned by Union Airways, and the airport was also used as a armed forces installation in World War II. When the National Airways Corporation set about using the airport in the 1950s the landing track was seal off and a depot construction was build; jet plane start out districting at the airport in 1975, get down with a Boeing 737. A new depot was build in 1992 and regular international voyages set about being offered in 1996. A Royal Brunei Airlines Boeing 767 district at the airport on ten March 2003, surviving the 1st 767 to bring down at the airport. World Record
