Palm Springs Municipal Airport

PSP was originally build as a United States Army Air Forces flying field in 1939 on district owned by the Agua Caliente set of the Cahuilla mortals. The town of Palm Springs bought the district in 1961 and changed over it for commercial use, which set about in 1964 as the Palm Springs Municipal Airport.
On December 30, 2006, Air Force One go forth Palm Springs International Airport with the organic structure of 38th President of the United States, Gerald R. Ford. The organic structure of the President was winged to Washington DC for functionary federal services.
