Miles City Municipal Airport (IATA: MLS, ICAO: KMLS), also known as Frank Wiley Field, is a public airport turn up 2 land mile (three kilometre) northwest of the central downtown (CBD) of Miles City, in Custer County, Montana, USA. The airport covers 1,640 acres (664 ha) and has 2 landing track. It is largely used for civil aviation, but is also denominated to have commercial service subsidised by the federal Essential Air Service (EAS) programme.
Scheduled air service at Miles City ended on March 8, 2008, when Big Sky Airlines (the denominated EAS operator) stopped functioning. Great Lakes Airlines has been given USDOT blessing to take over EAS service between Miles City and Billings, Montana, although a start out date for this service has not been constituted.
