Eugenio María de Hostos Airport (IATA: MAZ, ICAO: TJMZ, FAA LID: MAZ) is a little public airport turn up 4 land mile (six kilometre) northward of the central downtown of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. The airport, named after the kept Mayagüez native Eugenio Maria de Hostos, covers 172 acres (70 ha) and has 1 landing track. History

Eugenio María de Hostos Airport used to be the independent air gateway to the western district of Puerto Rico, until Rafael Hernández Airport in Aguadilla took over that place.

The airport was assisted to a great extent by the Puerto Rican national air bearer, Prinair, during the 1970s and early 1980s. It took the airport 3 yr to acquire commercial service once more one time Prinair locomoted break in 1984.
