Kerry Airport or Aerphort Chiarraí in Irish, frequently named Farranfore Airport, is an airport in County Kerry, Ireland. It is 15 min. (7 NM (13 kilometre; 8.1 mi) northward) from Killarney and the Ring of Kerry, and 20 min. (8 NM (15 kilometre; 9.2 mi) south east) from Tralee. Over 2 million riders have moved through Kerry Airport since its 1st scheduled voyage in 1989. Ryanair is the only scheduled air hose functioning from the airport since Aer Arann draw their Manchester service on 23 January 2009.

History

History of Scheduled Services

The Beginning

The 1st scheduled voyage into Kerry was on 22/05/89 to Dublin by Aer Lingus come after the next solar day by Ryanair to London Luton.
