Kärdla Airport (IATA: KDL, ICAO: EEKA) is an airport in Estonia. The airport is located seven kilometre (four mi) east of the city of Kärdla on Hiiumaa island.
The airport has an asphalt landing track of 1520 m length and 30 m breadth. The ways are 14 and 32. The landing track was upgraded in 1998.
Kärdla Airport opened in 1963. During the next yr there was moderately high action at the airport, with regular voyages to Tallinn, Haapsalu, Vormsi, Kuressaare, Riga, Pärnu, Viljandi and Tartu, and charter voyages to Murmansk, Vilnius and Kaunas. 24 335 riders go via Kärdla Airport in 1987.
