Frankfurt-Hahn Airport (German: Flughafen Frankfurt-Hahn) (IATA: HHN, ICAO: EDFH) is a commercial airport turn up 10 kilometre (6.2 mi) from the city of Kirchberg and 20 kilometre (12 mi) from the city of Simmern in the Rhein-Hunsrück land of Rhineland-Palatinate to the due west of central Germany. Frequent jitneys also ply to the independent railroad station of nearby towns, the closest being Mainz (1h 10min, 60 kilometre/38 mi to the east) and Koblenz (1h 5min, 50km NE).
