Dhahran International Airport (IATA: DHA, ICAO: OEDR) in Dhahran once assisted the Ash Sharqiyah Province (Eastern Province) in Saudi Arabia. In 1999, after the opening of King Fahd International Airport, all scheduled voyages were changed over out of Dhahran and the airport currently assists as the King Abdulaziz Air Base of the Royal Saudi Air Force.

It is 1 of the architectural works of Minoru Yamasaki, and was finished in 1961. The architecture is a blending of traditional islamic characteristics with modern engineering, for instance the voyage control tower has the visual aspect of a minaret. Images of the depot have been used on Saudi government note. The depot is viewed as having might the project of a figure of eminent constructions throughout the Middle East.
