Cedar City Regional Airport (IATA: CDC, ICAO: KCDC, FAA LID: CDC) is a public airport turn up 2 land mile (three kilometre) northwest of the central downtown (CBD) of Cedar City, in Iron County, Utah, USA. The airport covers 1,040 acres (421 ha) and has 2 landing track. It is largely used for civil aviation, but is also used for commercial airline voyages. Service is subsidised by the Essential Air Service programme.
SkyWest Airlines , functioning on behalf of Delta Connection now functions non-stop service to Salt Lake City twice daily. SkyWest had assisted the airport continuously from 1972 to 2005 when the Essential Air Service contract was presented to Air Midwest, a part of Mesa Airlines. Air Midwest offered service to Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. However, after numerous ills from riders, the EAS contract was return to SkyWest in 2008.
