Burlington International Airport (IATA: BTV, ICAO: KBTV, FAA LID: BTV) is a joint civil-military public airport in South Burlington, Vermont. The airport is 3 land mile (five kilometre) east of the central downtown of Burlington, Vermont's biggest town. BTV is owned by the City of Burlington.

History

From 2000 to 2008, the airport see an increase in development and service. Since 2000, $24 million in redevelopments and enlargement has been put at Burlington. In 2008, the airport dominance finished a $15 million enlargement labor which added 5 entrances — 4 with boarding spans — and client service area , in addition to a 948-space parkland garage and an elevated tied paseo.
