Lengpui Airport (IATA: AJL, ICAO: VEAZ) is an airport in Aizawl, Mizoram, India.

The airport is linked by daily voyages with Kolkata and Guwahati and 3 voyages a hebdomad with Imphal and is turn up at a distance of 32km from Aizawl, the capital of Mizoram. Lengpui Airport is the 1st big airport in the land to be made by the State Government and it is the 2nd biggest airport in the North-East district. The 2,500 meter landing track of the Lengpui airport is unique in that it has many hilly watercourses running under. The airport was build at a cost of Rs. 97.92 crore and was finished in a put down clip of 2 yr and 2 calendar month. The building work was get down in December 1995 and was finished in February 1998. Before the building of this airport, Aizawl was 130 kilometre (81 mi) from the about railway line caput at Bairabi and 205 kilometre (127 mi) from the about airport at Silchar. At present, Lengpui Airport is a VFR (Visual Flight Rules) Airport. Installation of Cat-I Instrument Landing System is in advancement and probably to be operationalised within the calendar month of August 2009
